If you are a customer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice and the good in question have been received at our facility, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods. We will use the same means of payment for reimbursement as you used for the original transaction.

You are required to return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
